That’s why we practice sustainable harvesting techniques, allowing the plant to naturally regenerate up to three stems in place of each cut.


After harvest, we carefully clean and slice each heart, and package it without any added moisture or preservatives. Our rice products are entirely free of grains, gluten and additives. It also shares a light, al dente texture, and color with natural grain rices!

This is so much like real rice. We loved it. So much better in taste and texture than cauliflower rice. Will order again.

Surprisingly good!

I've tried a number of rice alternatives (ie: cauliflower rice) and this is hands down the best. The texture is great and so is the flavor. I added lime and cilantro to up the flavor. One thing to note: the preparation instructions tell you to add either butter or vegetable oil, which is a little misleading in terms of the nutrition facts bc you need to account for those ingredients. I've tried both and prefer the butter. It calls for 2 tbsp/pack, but I only added 2 tsp and thought it tasted great.

Loving the rice!!

Bought the rice sampler and have absolutely been loving it! It is better than cauliflower in taste and texture. I haven’t eaten it by itself, but rather with a sauce, but in that instance it’s been amazing!
