Processing Time - The order is fulfilled within 2 business days, at most.

All customers are notified by email, so they are fully updated about all the shipment progress in every stages up to delivery.

Natural Heaven Fulfillment Center working hours are Monday to Friday 09am to 05pm.

 

Transit Time: All orders estimated time for delivery are under a service level agreement up to 5-8 business days.

We don't offer local pickup and only deliver orders to US territory.
