4 cups of whole milk (or plant-based milk if preferred)
1 cup of water
1 cinnamon stick
1 piece of lemon peel (optional)
1 can of condensed milk (approx. 395g)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)

Instructions:
Drain and rinse theNatural Heaven White Rice thoroughly to remove any palm flavor. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, add the 4 cups of milk, cinnamon stick, and lemon peel. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the milk is warm (but not boiling).
Add the Natural Heaven White Rice to the warm milk and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to let the rice absorb the flavors.
Stir in the condensed milk and sugar, mixing well. Continue to cook on low heat for another 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly.
Add the vanilla extract and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon to taste.
