1 package of Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Lasagna Sheets
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup tomato puree
Dried oregano
Dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:
In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add the shredded chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, or until the mixture is pliable. Fill each lasagna sheet with a spoonful of the chicken mixture.
Roll up the cannelloni and place them in a baking dish. Pour tomato puree over the cannelloni. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle fresh basil, and rest for a few minutes before serving.
