Hearts of Palm Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Lasagna Sheets
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups chopped baby spinach
  • 1½ cups mushrooms (sliced and sautéed)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

This holiday lasagna is a light, veggie-packed twist on a classic comfort dish. Made with Natural Heaven hearts of palm lasagna sheets and layered with rich sauce and melted mozzarella for a wholesome, gluten-free centerpiece perfect for cozy gatherings 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta with spinach, mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a baking dish, layer in this order: sauce → Natural Heaven hearts of palm lasagna sheets → ricotta mix → mozzarella. Repeat.
  4. Finish with sauce, mozzarella, oregano, and parmesan on top.
  5. Bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve hot.
