Asian Rice with Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Natural Heaven Asian Rice 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chopped scallions

Directions

 10 minutes prep and cook time.


Serves: 2

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, and whisk.
  3.  In a hot skillet, add sesame oil and cook the eggs until fluffy.
  4. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, heat the rice for 3 minutes. 
  5. To pack, place the rice and egg in the Tupperware and garnish with scallions. You can add your preferred sauce.
