A refreshing summer bowl featuring Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Spaghetti tossed in a creamy sunflower ginger sauce with crisp cucumber, fresh herbs, toasted sesame seeds, and a touch of heat. Made from one simple ingredient: hearts of palm, this pasta is low carb, low calorie, and a good source of fiber, with no rinsing needed.
Instructions:
- Prepare the spaghetti: Open the Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Spaghetti pouch and transfer to a large bowl. Set aside while you make the sauce.
- Make the sauce: Whisk together sunflower butter, soy sauce or tamari, lime juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and honey or maple syrup until smooth. Add warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until creamy and pourable.
- Combine: Add the Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Spaghetti to the sauce and toss until well coated. Mix in cucumber and half the scallions.
- Assemble and serve: Divide into bowls and top with remaining scallions, sriracha or chili crisp, sesame seeds, and fresh herbs. Serve immediately or chill briefly for a more refreshing finish.
