This Creamy Pink Vodka Angel Hair is the ultimate comfort-food glow-up—rich, silky, and surprisingly light. Made with Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Angel Hair, this low-carb pasta alternative is tossed in a vibrant pink sauce created from marinara, cream, and blended beets for natural color and subtle sweetness—no artificial dyes, no alcohol required.
Instructions:
- Blend the cooked beets with a small amount of water until smooth; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the Natural Heaven Angel Hair for a few minutes. Remove from the pan and reserve.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil for about 30 seconds.
