  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cooked beets
  • ¼ cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Arugula
  • Salt and pepper,to taste

Made with Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Angel Hair, this low-carb pasta alternative is tossed in a vibrant pink sauce created from marinara, cream, and blended beets for natural color and subtle sweetness—no artificial dyes, no alcohol required.

Instructions:

  1. Blend the cooked beets with a small amount of water until smooth; set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the Natural Heaven Angel Hair for a few minutes. Remove from the pan and reserve.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marinara sauce, heavy cream, and beet purée, stirring until the sauce turns a creamy pink color.
  5. Return the angel hair to the pan, add Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top and garnish with fresh arugula.
