Cuban Congri Stuffed Peppers

  • 1 pouch Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Cuban Style Congri Rice
  • 2 medium bell peppers
  • ½ cup Nuts for Cheese cheese dip

Colorful roasted bell peppers stuffed with savory Cuban-style congri rice and creamy cheese filling, baked until tender-crisp and perfectly melty. A warm, satisfying dish with bold flavor and easy weeknight appeal.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking dish with parchment or lightly grease.
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds/membranes for clean boats.
  3. Heat the Natural Heaven Cuban Style Congri Rice per package (microwave or skillet, 1–2 min) until warm and fragrant. Mix with the cheese dip until all combined
  4. Stuff each pepper half generously with the warm Congri Rice and cheese mixture
  5. Bake 15–20 minutes peppers are tender-crisp. Serve hot.
  6. Optional: garnish with cilantro or lime for brightness!
