A golden, crispy take on hearts of palm rice cakes paired with a bright, creamy green lime dressing. These savory cakes are pan-fried until perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside, then finished with a fresh, zesty herb sauce for a light but satisfying bite.
Instructions:

Make the rice cake mixture: In a bowl, combine the Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Cuban-Style Congri Rice, egg, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Pan-fry the rice cakes: Heat olive oil or avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spoon the rice cake mixture into the skillet and cook for about 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
- In a blender, combine all dressing ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Assemble and serve: Drizzle the dressing on top of the crispy Congri rice cakes.
