Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Natural Heaven Angel Hair 
  • 1 Hiyo Can 
  • ½ cup zucchini, ribboned 
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen peas 
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice + zest 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add zucchini and peas, cook 2–3 minutes until just tender and bright green.
