Season the hearts of palm: Drain and pat dry 1 pieces Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Sliced, drained and patted dry.
- Arrange on a small plate, drizzle with a little olive oil if desired, and sprinkle generously with 1 tablespoons Everything bagel seasoning. This is the centerpiece — give it its own space on the board.
- Place a small bowl of hummus or dip of choice.
- Layer the fresh elements: Fan 1 pieces fresh cucumber, sliced into rounds slices along one side of the board. Cluster cherry tomatoes in a small grouping near the hummus. Tuck 2 pieces fresh lemon wedges wedges at the edge for brightness and color.
- Add the Beni Bites: Break 3 pieces Beni Bites sweet potato bars, broken into pieces into rustic pieces and scatter them across the board — don't overthink it. The contrast of the sweet potato bar pieces next to the savory hearts of palm is the whole concept.
