Chili Lime Shrimp Pasta

Instructions:

1. Cook the shrimp: Add the SeaPak Chili Lime Shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
2. Wilt the spinach: Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes, until wilted.
3. Add the pasta: Add the Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Angel Hair to the skillet and toss with the shrimp and spinach. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until well combined. Remove from the heat and let it rest for 2 minutes so the pasta can absorb the flavors before serving.
4. Finish the dish: Stir in the chopped parsley and season with sea salt or salt & pepper to taste.
5. Serve: Divide between bowls and serve. For an extra burst of freshness, squeeze a lime wedge over the top before serving.
