Instructions:
Heat the Cuban rice in a hot skillet.
Warm the tortilla.
To assemble the burrito, place avocado, aji amarillo sauce, toasted yellow corn, Cuban rice, more aji amarillo sauce, pickled onion, and plantain chips on the tortilla.
Roll up and close the burrito. Optional: brown in a skillet until the tortilla is crispy.
