  • Leftover shredded turkey
  • 1 cup diced mixed bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley

This Cuban Turkey Stir-Fry is a quick and flavorful way to enjoy your Thanksgiving leftovers. Made from Hearts of Palm, our Natural Heaven Cuban Rice provides a light, low-carb, and gluten-free base for tender turkey and colorful peppers. Ready in minutes, it’s a healthy twist on classic Cuban flavors. 

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced bell peppers and sauté until slightly tender.
  3. Stir in the shredded leftover turkey and our Cuban Style Congri Rice and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add Natural Heaven Cuban Rice and mix well until heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley and enjoy!
