Healthy Lasagna with Ground Turkey

Ingredients

Ground turkey

Hearts of palm lasagna with marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a baking dish, layer hearts of palm lasagna sheets, marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
