Hearts of Palm Angel Hair Marinara with Meat Sauce

Ingredients

1 box Natural Heaven Angel Hair 

1 tbsp olive oil 

2 cloves garlic, minced 

2 cups ground turkey 

1 ½ cups marinara sauce 

½ tsp Italian seasoning 

Chopped basil for garnish 

Grated Parmesan cheese 

Salt and pepper to taste

 20 minutes prep and cook time.

Instructions:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the hearts of palm angel hair.
  2. In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic and diced pearl onion until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the red wine and adjust flavors with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Pour in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the hearts of palm angel hair to the pan and mix until the flavors are well combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped basil and grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
