Lemon Zucchini Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of Natural Heaven Spaghetti 
  • ½ cup Sauz Summer Lemon Marinara Sauce 
  • ½ cup green zucchini, diced
  • ½ cup yellow zucchini, diced 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 
  • Fresh basil 
  • Red pepper flakes 


Directions

 10 minutes prep and cook time.


Serves: 2

Instructions:

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the zucchinis for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Add the hearts of palm spaghetti and sauté for a few more minutes.
  4. Pour in the Sauz Summer Lemon Marinara Sauce and toss to coat evenly. Let it heat through for another 1–2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
