Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Natural Heaven Whole Hearts of Palm
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of red chili flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the butter melts.
  2. Add the hearts of palm and sear until golden on all sides.
  3. Lower the heat to medium, add garlic, paprika, and chili flakes, and sauté for 1 minute, spooning the garlic butter over the hearts of palm.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley, season with salt and pepper, and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
