Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the butter.
Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream, milk, and Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened, and the cheese is melted.
Add the cooked hearts of palm pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of water.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
