Southwest Style Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of Natural Heaven Southwest Rice
  • ½ cup of guacamole
  • 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 tsp of chili flakes
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips


Directions

 10 minutes prep and cook time.


Serves: 2

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the guacamole, chopped cilantro, lime juice, chili flakes, and the Southwest Rice. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Arrange the tortilla chips on a plate and top them with the prepared mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with more cilantro or add jalapeño slices for garnish.
