Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lay a layer of hearts of palm lasagna sheets in the bottom of the dish. Spread the hearts of palm puree evenly over the lasagna sheets.
Top with green beans, shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, and gravy. Cover with another layer of hearts of palm lasagna sheets.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
Let the lasagna rest for 15 minutes before serving.
