Pastas have always been the light of the day, from when we used to sit in our grandma's kitchen while she made the bland pasta to suit our taste buds to today when we like it spicy yet tangy – this has been going on for years. But the best part of this recipe is its low carb with the same deliciousness. 

This cheese wallet is made of natural heaven lasagna which is an great choice as it is sustainable, low carb and gluten free. Also, it only has seventy calories and two net carbs. Adding up, it has no water added and is keto and Paleo diet friendly while being sugar free. 


Here’s what you need:

  • One cup Natural Heaven Lasagna
  • ½ cup diced fontina cheese
  • One teaspoon olive oil
  • One tablespoon micro herbs
  • Salt and pepper – just to taste!

What you need to do:

Step # 1: Start off the process by rinsing the Hearts of Palm – Lasagna Cut. Wash them properly. Now drain off any extra water.

Step # 2: Now, fold two slices of Natural Heaven Lasagna around two pieces of the fontina cheese. Now sear with olive oil and garnish with micro herbs. Finish off with salt and pepper – right as per your taste!


Chef’s Tip of the Day: To make the dish more appetizing and delicious, add more basil, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste. Also, to make it more flavorful, add a heaped serving spoon of cream cheese – it enhances creaminess. Don't forget the most important part – always add a pinch of salt to the water when boiling your pasta. 

Also, you can always add in extra cheese and serve with baked potato or creamy mash potatoes to make it even more appetizing.
