Ingredients:
- 3 cups of Hearts of Palm Angel Hair or Spaghetti with carrots/shredded
- 2 cups of Asian dressing
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
- 2 tbsp. of pistachio
- 1 cup of microgreen herbs Salt and pepper
Directions:
Wash the Hearts of Palm with carrots, add the dressing, put the microgreen herbs on the bottom of the plate, topping with the pistachio.
