- Few sprigs of fresh chopped rosemary

- One bag (approx. 16 ounces) of shrimp
- Two to three tablespoons of dairy-free butter
- Juice of One lemon
- A handful of fresh chopped parsley

Step # 1: Start off by preparing the Natural Heavy Creamy Mash using following the directions on the box.
Step # 2: Once done, add in one tablespoon of dairy-free butter, and one tablespoon of garlic-infused olive oil to a bowl and microwave until hot. Then, add in your fresh rosemary and salt and pepper to taste.
Step # 3: Next off, for the shrimp scampi – start by heating the dairy-free butter and add the shrimps. Let it simmer for a while to enhance its taste!
Step # 4: Now add in lemon, salt, pepper, and sauté shrimp until cooked through. Finish by garnishing with fresh parsley.
Step # 5: Serve the shrimp scampi over your mash and enjoy the day!
Chef’s Tip of the Day:
Before adding in the shrimps, sauté them in a separate pan on high heat to make them tender and juicy and give the best texture. This ensures that the shrimps are without any stringy chewiness. Furthermore, to enhance flavor, add in a teaspoon of soya sauce and some herbs – this gives an amazing taste.
